The Funeral service is at Mendip Crematorium on Wednesday 27th February 2019 at 1:30 pm and you are invited to join us directly at the Crematorium.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Dementia UK by using the links on this website or by cheque only, made out in the name of Dementia UK, to Co-operative Funeralcare, 2 High Street, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4QT.  Unfortunately, cash donations cannot be accepted.
